Your fire system reports for duty.
Every 60 seconds.

Fire Watch Pro is a continuous fire-safety monitoring platform: an industrial IoT gateway wired into your fire panel and pump room, a cloud that never blinks, and audit-grade compliance evidence on demand.

22:00 · Baseline

This is your building.

Every fire system inside it, on one live map. Set once against your approved NOC baseline.

High-rise · Mall · Plant

Any building. Same twenty parameters.

Tower, shopping mall or manufacturing plant. The pump room, the tanks and the panel are the same story everywhere.

Detection · 4 of 20

The panel cannot hide a fault.

Panel, repeater, battery and every manual call point, read straight off the fire panel.

Pumps · 13 of 20

Five pumps, watched shaft by shaft.

Run status on every pump, power at the MCC, pressure on both risers.

Reserves · 16 of 20

An empty tank is a dead system.

Ultrasonic sensors on both fire tanks. A level sensor in the diesel tank.

Air & PA · 20 of 20

The systems that keep exits alive.

Pressurisation and smoke-extract fans, plus the PA system. All 20 mandated parameters, live.

The gateway

One box reads them all.

Panel, pumps and tanks feed one industrial gateway. Cloud-checked every 60 seconds.

03:12 · Fault

The jockey pump trips.

Riser pressure falls while the city sleeps. One window lights up: the facility manager's. The calls have already started.

07:00 · Proof

Fixed by dawn. On record forever.

Pump restored. Ticket closed. The whole night in the audit log, ready for any insurer.

The problem

Fire systems fail silently.
Inspections happen quarterly.

Between two manual inspections, a pump can trip, a tank can drain, a detector can be unplugged for renovation and never reconnected. Nobody knows until the day it matters most.

90+

days between checks

Interval-based inspection means months of blind spots. A register entry proves someone visited, not that the system works.

0

warning when pumps die

A jockey pump that stops holding pressure, or a diesel pump with a flat battery, looks perfectly normal until a hydrant is opened in an emergency.

1st

question insurers ask

“Can you prove your fire system was operational?” After an incident, paper registers convince no one: not insurers, not authorities, not courts.

Fire Watch Pro replaces the quarterly photograph
with a live feed.

The mandate

Maharashtra has made continuous monitoring the law.

The Government of Maharashtra's Automated Continuous Monitoring System (ACMS) notification under the Fire Act requires buildings to connect their fire-safety installations to a system that watches them round the clock and reports faults automatically. Fire Watch Pro was engineered line-by-line against that gazette.

  • Real-time telemetry: MQTTS data from the gateway to the cloud every minute
  • Always connected: 4G / 5G, Ethernet or Wi-Fi, whichever is reliable on site
  • No-data alarm: the cloud raises an alarm if nothing arrives for 15 minutes
  • 7-hour backup: gateway UPS keeps watching through power cuts
  • 10,000 event logs: stored on the gateway, timestamped by a real-time clock
  • Cloud retention: events retained with a 99% uptime target
  • Reports on demand: data and alarm reports straight from the portal
  • Real-time alerts: SMS and email the moment a fault occurs
  • Digital records: full record-keeping of operations and maintenance
  • Fire-service ready: API to push critical alarms to emergency services
The platform

One platform. Three lines of defence.

Detection, protection and extinguishers: the fire-safety trinity, verified continuously and driven to closure through ticketing and escalation.

A

Fire Detection Monitoring

  • Multi-brand fire alarm panel compatibility
  • Per-device and per-loop health, every heartbeat
  • Removed or dead detector flagged within minutes
  • Offline buffering, so no data is lost in network drops
B

Hydrant & Pump Monitoring

  • Pipeline pressure, flow, water & diesel levels
  • Pump start-sequence verified on schedule
  • Dry-run and fail-to-start raise critical faults
  • Test events distinguished from real emergencies
C

Extinguisher Monitoring

  • Low-power asset tags with multi-year battery
  • Removal or low pressure flagged in real time
  • QR-paired digital identity for every unit
  • Expiry & AMC alerts before they lapse
How it works

From installation to iron-clad evidence.

1

Day oneConnect

Our gateway wires into your existing fire alarm panel and pump-room MCC. Read-only on the panel, warranty-safe on the MCC. No rip-and-replace, no downtime.

2

CommissioningBaseline

Every detector, loop, pump and tank is recorded against your approved NOC configuration. That baseline becomes the immutable truth the platform defends.

3

Around the clockMonitor

Telemetry lands in the cloud every 60 seconds. Any deviation from baseline, whether a silent detector, a falling tank or a pressure leak, is caught within minutes, not months.

4

On deviationAlert & escalate

Every fault opens a ticket. SMS, email and voice calls climb your escalation matrix until a human confirms restoration. In a real fire, responders instantly get zone, drawing, address and GPS.

5

On demandProve

Audit-grade readiness reports for insurers, authorities and management, generated from immutable logs, not handwriting.

The hardware

An industrial gateway built for pump rooms,
not server rooms.
